Stop comparing and be happy

Happiness is found when you stop comparing yourself to other people
As humans it is our natural instinct to compare and be jealous of others. With this can lead to many negative feelings, such as low self esteem, bitter heart and feeling low. Most of the time comparing is down to jealously and that doesn't end well. However, sometimes comparing can be in admiration and inspire you to do something. 
But when it is down to jealously, it can lead to us feeling unhappy and unsatisfied with ourselves. Instead of striving us to be better, it puts a down feeling on the situation and can demotivate you. 
So next time you see somebody and you think of comparing yourself to them do it in admiration and use it to motivate yourself. If we all admire the beauty in others, then it will be easier to see it in ourselves. This will then lead you to feeling a lot happier within yourself and this could then help change your heart for the better.
Having jealously and bitterness towards somebody can really destroy many relationships and let you have a bad view on that person. That could have all been avoided, if you didn't feel that jealously or need to be like them. Like i said before, it is our natural instinct to do this (Girls especially, but obviously boys do too) so it will be harder to tackle, But if we try our best everyday to banish any negative thoughts towards others then you will see how much of a better day you'll have. 
I really do understand how hard this can be, as it's always been a personal struggle in my life, but I'm getting there and can honestly say it does help you to become a happier person. It also changes your heart for others and with that helps you to be more understanding and kind.
